What happens in the Execute stage?

Execute is the stage where an approved plan becomes bounded, observable work.

The team builds or delivers within the agreed scope, checks progress, and records results. When evidence shows a problem or an unmet prerequisite, the next step is reassessed so delivery remains connected to intent and trust.
